Scientists in South Korea have created a GLOWING DOG...for real.

South Korean scientists said on Wednesday they have created a glowing dog using cloning!
But why does the world need a glowing baby beagle, you ask? Apparently the technique they used to clone the that could help find cures for human diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
The researchers, who completed a two-year test, said the ability to glow can be turned on or off by adding a drug to the dog's food.

"The creation of Tegon opens new horizons since the gene injected to make the dog glow can be substituted with genes that trigger fatal human diseases,"

the news agency quoted lead researcher as saying.
He said the dog was created using the somethin' called somatic cell nuclear transfer technology. The same stuff that the university team used to make the world's first cloned dog, Snuppy, in 2005.

Sandy McMillin decided to take her bikini body to Eugene, Oregon's big box store to pick up some sour cream, chips and coffee creamer in 90-degree heat. And she told KVAL News that a Walmart employee approached her only several minutes into her shopping trip and gave her two options: put on a shirt or get out.

She had no shirt to put on, so they escorted her out. Sandy McMillin is upset and wants answers!!!

Lindsay Lohan Pays a bill.....OMG!!! Now was that sooooo hard?

The speaker installer who trash-talked and sued Lindsay Lohan has curiously changed his tune after getting his money --  now saying Lindsay is "actually very nice" ... and blames HIMSELF for the dispute.

TMZ spoke with Stephen Clark -- who had called Lindsay a "born druggie" after accusing her of stiffing him on an $1,100 job at her Venice pad back in June.

Clark tells us, "She paid [Wednesday] and I canceled the small claims file." He adds, "Lindsay is actually really nice and I think my invoice got mixed up or something ... It's all good now!”

Here's what's weird ... TMZ has seen the email chain between Clark and Lindsay, and from the get-go she acknowledged she owed the money, but then blew him off by not answering subsequent emails. 

It makes no sense for him to blame himself for "mixed up" invoices ... so we're guessing Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, had a thing or two to say to him yesterday about the "druggie" comment to make him change his tune.

Another member of the Kardashian Klan has agreed to compete on the next season of "Dancing with the Stars" TMZ has learned ... but it ain't Khloe ... or Kourtney ... or Kris -- it's a dude!

A man suing Lindsay Lohan...called her a "Born Druggie"

The stereo installer who is suing Lindsay Lohan is so angry he didn't get paid, he launched a very personal attack, telling her -- "You're a born druggie!"

 Stephen Clark is suing Lindsay for more than $1,100, claiming she stiffed him on an installation in her Venice home while she was on house arrest.

TMZ has obtained correspondence between Lindsay and Clark, which started civilly but quickly deteriorated.

In the first exchange, Clark wrote.  "Hi Lindsay! Well, I sent you two invoices and several BBMs and texts. I have never heard back from you.  So I guess you just aren't going to pay for my labor or your equipment."

Clark continued:  "I am sorry, but I cannot let that much money go."

Lindsay responded, "Sorry!!  I will have it to you this wk!  I'm changing business managers and such so I'm trying to handle it asap."

But time passed, and Lindsay went radio silent.

So a frustrated Clark wrote back, "You're a RECOVERING addict who goes to the santa monica probation dept.  Should I share this as well?"  And Clark continued, "You're a born druggie!"  

Clark is suing Lindsay in small claims court.

PigofTheMonth.com, an internet retailer of barbeque meats and sauces, has offered Gaga a whopping $500,000 to wear a yet-to-be-seen bone dress to the VMAs.

The Ohio-based company claims they have teamed up with a well-known fashion designer who has shown in New York, London and Paris to cook up the one-of-a-kind creation. Plans would also include using gourmet barbeque sauces accessories and makeup.
"We won't reveal the number of bones that it includes just yet," PigofTheMonth CEO Lea Richards tells me. However, she said it weighs about twelve pounds.
"[Gaga] would still be able to move in a normal fashion," Richards explained.
No doubt this is a quite an imaginative marketing scheme, but the dress will also be auctioned off to benefit Bones for Hunger, PigofTheMonth's soon-to-be launched financial assistance program for struggling artists.
The VMAs will be handed out on Aug. 28 in Los Angeles.
No word yet from Gaga's camp. However, if she passes, the meat company will try to incorporate the dress into New York's next Fashion Week.

TRUE or NOT SO TRUE - Was Nicki Minaj fined for using bad language at a concert?

Nicki Minaj is going to have to put her money where her (potty) mouth is.
The 28-year-old hip-hopster has pleaded guilty to uttering foul language during a Jamaican concert.
So what was her penalty?

She was fined 1,000 Jamaican dollars which, due to the weak Jamaican currency, translates into a whopping $11.
While it ain't much, we guess the point's been made.
Per the Jamaican Observer, Minaj was charged with dropping a number of expletives during her set Saturday, the last night of the weeklong Reggae Sumfest in Montego Bay.
A local lawyer filed a guilty plea on the singer's behafl and paid the requisite penalty. Minaj, whose real name is Onika Maraj, was not required to appear in court.
Jamaica has laws that prohibit performers from using profanity in their acts. As a result, police served the popster a summons for her transgression.
Not that it mattered to Minaj.

Bad News Bears for Lindsay Lohan...she gets sued again!!!

Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a guy who sold her speakers and installed audio and video equipment in her Venice house -- the good news ... she can't go to jail over this.


Stephen Clark alleges in his small claims court lawsuit ... he installed the equipment, along with remote programming, but she stiffed him.

Clark says he installed the equipment in June -- while she was under house arrest in the shoplifting case.  He's also suing for missed work -- we're guessing for the time it takes to go to court.

Clark claims Lindsay owes him $1,180.

Lindsay could not be reached for comment, probably because she didn't hear the phone because her stereo is too loud.

Denise Richards Teaches Her Young Daughters About Addiction

Having a parent who struggles with addiction is extremely hard. That's why Denise Richards makes sure to teach her daughters about addiction so that they can understand their dad Charlie Sheen's behavior.
The actress says she's currently in "a good place" with her ex-husband however, with his recent stunts in the media have left her no choice but to "have a conversation with [her children] about addiction."
She explains:

"I got a book to read to them. I was just lying to them about so much, and covering up things and totally lying. It was just getting too confusing that I had to sit down with them.
It's too early [for them to understand]. I told them enough for them to make sense of things that were going on."

Denise says she also worries about him, but knows he can pull through. She adds:

"He's the father of our children… [But] he's also a survivor. If anyone can pull themselves together, it's Charlie."

Bravo to Denise for being honest with her kids about their father. The more they know about drugs and alcohol addiction, the more likely they will avoid it. Hopefully.

Of the split, Jesse tells PEOPLE "I'm so sad because I really love her. The distance between us was just too much."
